Return Policy

Our policy lasts 2 days for services that fail to deliver the agreed upon services outlined in the customized contract signed by each client. If 2 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Non-returnable items:

  • Monthly services (YumEz Biz, YumEz Biz Pro)
  • Any advertisement services (including social media)
  • Promotions or orders made through YumEz
  • All transactions relating to SMS and Messenger services

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Unless otherwise noted, unfortunately all items cannot be refunded.
